Advances in genomics, proteomics and systems biology require novel approaches drawn from Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science to analyze and integrate various forms of high throughput data for understanding underlying mechanisms, deriving new hypotheses and identifying therapeutics. The research in our laboratory is focused on the analysis and integration of functional genomics and cancer omics data. We are also interested in modeling to host-microbiome interaction.
